Why you need a Steiner Specialist

Here's why you should only rely on a Steiner Ranch specialist (like me!) if you want to buy or sell a Steiner house.

Even though this is a master planned community, There are a lot of differences between homes that look the same. If your agent hasn't been in every house that sold and know the story behind it, they can't give you a good comparison.

From the online photos you can't tell if that's real hardwood or cheap vinyl. Was it professionally painted or was it uncle larry slapping it together last weekend. Was this property sold at a fair market price? Or did a nasty divorce make the seller significantly under price it to sell it immediately?

These nuances can make it seem like Steiner houses really fluctuate in price, but if you know the story, you'll be better positioned to get a great price for the house you want to buy or sell.

Always ask your potential agent for the story beyond just what you can see on the MLS. If they can’t answer, better give me a call.
